Introduction
This certificate level course is designed to strengthen the dermatology coder's skill set by focusing on the basics and expanding the curriculum to dermatology specifically.

The Dermatology Medical Coding Course will receive its educational license as a program receiving government oversight. The online class is sponsored by unrestricted educational grant from the Association of Registered Health Care Professionals.

The student will learn latest information on accurate diagnostic and procedural coding, as well as Medicare reimbursement issues in dermatology, including information and updates about Medicare regulations, carrier instructions, and CMS initiatives

Lesson Preparation
Everything is now available to the student online. Each student is assigned a course instructor who will work with them through out duration of the program. The curriculum is self paced. The student has up to six months to finish the assignments, online quizzes and take the final exam.

Final Exam & Grading
The final exam is online. The student has 24 hours to complete the exam once it is started. A score of 70% or better is required to pass.
