Lesson Preparation
RMA’s must have a good understanding of medical documentation, fraud, abuse and penalties for documentation and coding violations based on governmental guidelines. Aspiring auditors can look forward to the following areas of study:

The Exam
The RMA final examination will be activated upon enrollment in the course. The exam link will re-direct students to the ARHCP’s testing site. The RMA certification test is online. The test is 150 questions and once started the student has 24 hours to complete the test. Each student is given two attempts to pass the certification exam.
The exam is open-resource.
