She is a Certified Financial Counselor as well as a Certified Patient Account Representative via Healthcare Financial Management Associates – Georgia Chapter, an AAPC Member (Atlanta Perimeter Georgia Chapter) and a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder, Certified Professional Coder and Coding Instructor via AAPC.
