Renewal Extensions
If you feel that you need more time to renew your certification, don’t worry. You have the option to purchase a coding certification extension. This will allow you up to 30, 60, or 90 days past your renewal date to pay the annual renewal fee, submit the required CEUs, and pass the annual update exam (available using the drop-down options).
Example: If your renewal date is July 1st and you purchase a 30 day extension your temporary renewal date will be August 1st. Your July 1st renewal date ALWAYS remains the same no matter how many extensions you purchase.
ARHCP understands that people who obtain our certifications are very busy and have full-time jobs. We make this option available so that we can see our members succeed. Although extensions are available, we still require you to renew your certifications so you can stay up-to-date and excel in your career.
